Klara – a new smart electric motobike made by Vinfast was officially introduced and saled from Nov, 2018. After that, Vingroup has set up inspection stations, maintenance & repairing workshop all over the country in order to provide superior after-sales services to customers.

By the end of January 2019, Vinfast has opened 67 motobike showrooms in Vietnam. It is expected that in 2019, the number will increase to 40. With a large network of support facilities, customers who buy Vinfast's smart motorbike will be completely assured to experience "one-point utility". It means that when you come to one showroom, you will be served all both services: battery charging, battery hire, inspection, maintenance and car repairs and shopping in the meantime.
